The Jacqueline & Madelyn Montanaro Memorial Scholarship

The Jacqueline and Madelyn Montanaro Memorial Scholarship was established to honor the lives and legacy of Jacqueline and her daughter, Madelyn, who tragically passed away in a fatal fire in 2023.

Jacqueline was a dedicated law enforcement professional who embodied the true spirit of leadership, service, and compassion. She was deeply committed to lifting up other women in the profession, fostering growth through training and mentorship, and strengthening the bonds of both her professional and personal family. Madelyn, cherished and loved, was at the heart of that family.

This scholarship stands as a tribute to their enduring impact. It is designed to support and inspire the next generation of leaders in criminal justice—young individuals who reflect the same passion, resilience, and commitment that Jacqueline demonstrated throughout her life.

Through this scholarship, we not only remember Jacqueline and Madelyn, but we continue their legacy—empowering others, investing in the future, and ensuring their light lives on through those who follow in their path.
