This 3 day professional development workshop, which thanks to our sponsor, partners, and supporters, is offered free of charge to sworn law enforcement professionals, is specifically designed and intended to provide practical knowledge and tactical skills for females in law enforcement, free from the pressure that female officers tend to put on themselves to compete with, or measure themselves, against their male counterparts. Designed, developed, and delivered by a diverse team of highly experienced, highly qualified, actively serving female officers/instructors from a variety of law enforcement agencies, since its inception in 2020 this highly acclaimed course has been attended by personnel from more than 30 agencies across the country.
