About The Event
The 2027 conference hosted by the New Jersey Women in Law Enforcement will bring together law enforcement professionals, public safety leaders, educators, and community partners from across the region for two days of professional development, networking, leadership growth, and empowerment. The conference is designed to inspire and support those serving in law enforcement while creating meaningful conversations around leadership, wellness, innovation, mentorship, and the future of policing.
We are currently seeking sponsors and community partners to support this impactful event. Sponsorship donations directly help offset conference costs, provide scholarship opportunities for attendees who may not otherwise be able to participate, assist in bringing nationally recognized speakers and trainers to the event, and enhance the overall experience for all attendees.
