Who we are...

New Jersey Women in Law Enforcement, Inc. is a professional organization of both women and men who are working together to strengthen public recognition of the unique contributions of women to the profession of law enforcement. Our vision is to strengthen the law enforcement profession through the celebration of diversity and collaborative leadership.

Goals and Objectives

  • Support the recruitment, retention and promotion of women in law enforcement to contribute to the growth of the agencies represented.
  • Advocate for high quality training to all in the law enforcement community.
  • Establish communication links among law enforcement members for the exchange of information and ideas.
  • Conduct and sponsor training conferences and form a networking system.
  • Sponsor community service projects to promote a positive relationship between law
    enforcement and the communities we serve.
  • Affirmation of strict ethical standards of conduct and professionalism.
